Register for Adult Ballet Class

Hello! Welcome to our beautiful community of dancers!

Before you begin class, please complete the registration form below so we have your information for your safety and to stay in touch.  We are careful not to share your information.  Our community classes are free and given about 6 times a year.  For our other classes, you may pay fees using the links at the end of the registration form or you may pay with cash or check at the first class or orientation.  Space is limited in each class. 

Print out your Liability Waiver to bring to your first class or sign one when you arrive.  If you have already registered and signed a Liability Waiver, you can scroll down to the payment links at the bottom of the form – no need to fill out registration again.
