Register for Adult Ballet Class

Hello! We are so excited that you are joining our beautiful community of dancers!

Before you begin class, please complete the registration form below so we have your information for your safety and to stay in touch.  We are careful not to share your information.  You may pay class fees using the links at the end of the registration form (recommended) or you may pay with cash or check at the first class or orientation.  Space is limited in each class. 

Print out your Liability Waiver to bring to your first class or sign one when you arrive.  If you have already registered and signed a Liability Waiver, you can scroll down to the payment links at the bottom of the form – no need to fill our registration again.
